Cancellations

Private Lessons

Please cancel at least 6 hours prior to your lesson. This allows us time to schedule other students into your time slot. If you do not give us a heads up beforehand we charge for your missed lesson. 

Yamaha Group Lessons

If you need to skip a group lesson, please let you teacher know. Your teacher will work with you to make sure you and/or your child can stay on track with the rest of the class. The student may join another class at the same level that week, or the teacher may recommend a make-up class or extra homework.

Refunds

We’re happy to refund and unused private lessons you’ve purchased. Simply let us know and we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. For Yamaha Group Lessons, we offer full refunds during the first 3 weeks of a class period. After the first 3 weeks, we will refund %50 of the tuition fee for any remaining classes.

For purchases of instruments, accessories, books or other materials, we offer a full refund if the item is returned in mint condition within the first 7 days. We do not accept returns of reeds or opened CDs and DVDs.
